YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for planning and execution of ‘New Product Launch Plan’ ensuring  on-time launch  as per established goals, while fully aligned with manufacturing plants, Quality team,  Third Party vendor, R&D, MSTG,  Regulatory & Marketing
  • The person must enable, identify, record and communicate launch program decisions, issues, risks, mitigation plan and other key aspects of the launch program in a timely and effective manner
  • NPLR (New Product Launch Requirement) issuance & material planning based on it
  • Close coordination and follow up for the status of product filing, DCGI / DML permission, Artwork approval, Analytical Method transfer, Tech. transfer, Third party product dossier evaluation, RM-PM procurement, Engineering Procurement, CMO plant audit & Launch batch scheduling
  • Facilitate for Costing and Margin Working to finalize MRP and GC prior to commercial manufacturing
  • Manages launch project issues - identifies risk and works with CFT towards risks mitigation and deliverables. Must be able to facilitate discussions and bring about consensus between all stakeholders
  • Monitors progress, prepares and update project launch dash board for management meetings
  • Will work directly with the team members or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks
  • Must have an understanding of relevant methodologies, processes and standards and ensure that all launch project team members understand and follow these

 

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • B.Pharma/ M.Pharm / MBA with Pharma experience

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience as New Product Launch Manager with a reputed pharmaceutical organization
