Job Title: SFE Data Insights & Analytics
About our Requirement:
- We are on the lookout for an innovative candidate in the pharmaceutical industry who is passionate about driving growth through Pharma SFE strategies and analytical insights.
- Become a part of our SFE team as a Sr. Manager – SFE Data Insights & Analytics, where you will play a key role in shaping our SFE strategies, boosting Field Force initiatives, and delivering essential insights to emerging market countries and our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect, Analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights on sales force performance, customer (Drs & Pharmacies) behaviour, and market/competitor trends.
- Sales Force Effectiveness:
- Analyse sales data to identify areas of improvement, optimize sales strategies, and measure the impact of sales initiatives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales force effectiveness (SFE)
- Data Visualization:
- Design engaging and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders, such as senior leaders, sales teams, and various cross-functional colleagues.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to understand business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Tool Development and Maintenance:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data tools, reports, and dashboards using various technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Ad-hoc Analysis and Special Projects:
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support business initiatives and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer/Data Science, or a related field; MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on sales force effectiveness and analytics.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good to have - Experience with AI/ML tools and advanced data modeling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
