Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution:
    • Manage day-to-day activities for strategic transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
    • Drive execution discipline across the function, ensuring initiatives remain on track, aligned to milestones, and deliver intended impact.
    • Drive communications, engagement, and capability-building initiatives across the global TA organization.
    • Support high-impact strategic initiatives to address inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
  • Analytics & Insights:
    • Supports TA governance, operating cadence, and reporting (e.g., QBRs, dashboards, executive updates).
    • Analyzes TA performance data, tracks KPIs, and generates actionable insights to improve speed, quality, cost, and candidate experience.
  • Technology & Vendor Support:
    • Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting TA tech issues and liaising with HRIT and vendors for implementation support.
    • Track vendor SLAs and escalate deviations to ensure operational continuity.
  • Process Governance:
    • Maintain and update SOPs, workflows, and RACI guidelines for TA operations.
    • Conduct periodic process audits to ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Budget & Tracking:
    • Monitor operational spends and prepare monthly budget utilization reports.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MBA or Graduate degree in HR, Analytics, or related field preferred

Skills

  • Strong understanding of business and TA operating models and full recruitment lifecycle
  • Knowledge of evolving talent acquisition best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Project management skillset.
  • Operates with high autonomy in driving strategic initiatives and execution standards.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, making informed decisions within established governance
  • Proactively identifies risks, constraints, and opportunities; escalates thoughtfully with proposed solutions
  • Constructively challenges the status quo and holds leadership accountable to strategic commitments.
  • Partners with the TA community to drive execution excellence and team’s engagement.
  • Drives change management across the TA function to enable adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in HR operations, analytics, or technology support (preferably in Talent Acquisition)
