Key responsibilities:

1. RFC Validation & planning support

  • Validate RFCs for accurate system integration.
  • Monitor and resolve data transfer issues and ensure planning reliability.
  • Converting RFC to plan, for LL – Domestic & Export
  • Align demand, supply, and capacity plans.
  • LL commits – Excel + SAP upload
  • DCS tracker update (M0 + 3 months)
  • Preparation of MIS for LL – Domestic & Exports

2. MRP Planning & Execution

  • Execute MRP runs with validated and complete data.
  • Review outputs such as planned orders, PRs, and exception messages.
  • Ensure accurate consumption postings for reliable demand planning.
  • RM, PM shortage working in excel, fresh PRs – TWN, Zeon + Other LLs
  •  PR release in APO
  • Service PO creation & GRN entry

3. Procurement & Supply Coordination

  • Validate PR-to-PO conversion and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for supply commitments.
  • Follow-up for the material deliveries as per the lead time/commitment
  • Excel File for RM, PM delivery status update - LL
  • Ensure supply meets planning and service level requirements. (Demand/Commit/Supply)
  • LE Vs Actual status updates
  • Monitoring actions on discrepancies in material supplies to LL units, vendor rejections
  • Physical Dispatch tracking, against Tax invoice

4. Inventory & Order Management

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile differences.
  • Timely GRN receipt and reconciliation, MIS report preparation.
  • Physical stock audit report review & necessary entries in system
  • Ensure timely process order closure and batch size adherence.
  • Support logistics execution and system updates.
  • Submission of LE to DP team, DCS tracker update (M0 + 3 months)
  • Inventory analysis > necessary actions on Slow / non-moving, obsolete, near expiry, Rejected stocks

5.Kinaxis Implementation & Governance

  • Lead Kinaxis implementation and stabilization across multiple plants and SKUs.
  • Ensure alignment and seamless integration with SAP HANA.
  • Enforce planning governance, process discipline, and system performance monitoring.

6. Master Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and complete master data (BOMs, routings, lead times, batch size, MRP views).
  • Ensure consistency between Kinaxis and SAP HANA.
  • Drive continuous data quality and hygiene improvements.

7. Transactional Data Accuracy in Kinaxis

  • Ensure timely updates of PO, PR, STO, planned orders, inventory, and QM data.
  • Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

MSc./MBA/B.Tech/B.Pharm with MBA in supply chain
