 We are looking for an SAP SD S4 Hana consultant with 10+ years’ experience. Having experience in full-lifecycle implementations and support. Proven expertise in baseline configuration—including Enterprise Structure, Sales, Delivery, and Billing—and advanced S/4HANA simplification and E-invoices. Skilled to lead workshops to gather business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating complex needs into robust solution designs and functional specifications (RICEFW). Proficient in technical integrations using IDocs/EDI for seamless data exchange.

Areas of Responsibility

Role Overview

As an SAP SD Consultant expert, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Sales and Distribution module. You will work under the guidance of Senior Manager to translate business requirements into technical solutions within an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Baseline Configuration:
  • Perform hands-on configuration of core SD components, including Enterprise Structure (Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division), Item category and schedule lines, sales returns, credit/debit note and Master Data (Business Partner, Material Master).
• SD Process Flow:
  • Manage and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, covering quotations, sales order processing, shipping, delivery, and billing.
• Functional Specifications:
  • Draft detailed Functional Specification (FS) documents for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to guide technical ABAP developers.
• S/4HANA Support:
  • Assist in S/4HANA "Greenfield" implementations or system conversions, applying S/4HANA simplifications like Business Partner (BP) and FSCM Credit Management.
• Testing & Documentation:
  • Execute unit testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain comprehensive configuration documents and user manuals.
• Cross-Module Integration:
  • Collaborate with teams in MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning) to ensure seamless process integration.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in IT, BCA/MCA, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Specific Certification

S/4HANA Sales

Experience

10 – 12+ years of experience in SAP SD functional.
SAP SD Certification is advantage

Skill (Functional & Behavioural):  Familiarity with S/4HANA architecture, SAP-SD module, and the SAP Activate methodology. Basic understanding of condition techniques for pricing and output determination along with SD base line configuration. Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities and the capacity to explain complex system logic to non-technical business users. Excellent Communication.
