Job Summary

Schedulers play a vital role in organizing and coordinating various aspects of projects, tasks, and appointments, ensuring efficient workflows and meeting deadlines. Their responsibilities include creating schedules, managing resources, communicating updates, and resolving conflicts

Areas of Responsibility

  1. Participation in Basic Engg. & Conceptual Stage of Project
  2. Understanding  detailed activities for Individual stream
  3. Review of  Look ahead for individual  stream for all Project
  4. Update Project Schedule as per current progress.
  5. Participation at Various site Kick of Meeting and Interaction with Individual   contractor for Project Progress.
  6. Coordinate with various stakeholders - senior management, functional department heads, project managers, team leads, purchase Dept and other users - for managing various projects and related processes in Primavera.
  7. Create customized templates and reports in Primavera as may be required by the various stakeholders.
  8. Review of Conceptual schedules
  9. Review L1,L2 ,L3 Schedule for individual Project
  10. Understand and Highlight critical activities of each project and delay causing due to them
  11. Preparation of  Monthly Detailed and Summary Report
  12. Periodical site visit for Progress Monitoring of Individual Project
  13. Understand integration needs between Primavera and other application systems and coordinating with the internal project managers / external vendors / implementation partners to get it done.
  14. Manage System Administration activities in Primaver

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical  Experiences on Primavera platform

Specific Certification

 

Skills

Technical Skills/Competencies (Software packages, experience with specific machines etc.)

B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical Experiences on Primavera platform & MS Projects

Excellent communication skills, strong collaborator, problem solving, interdepartmental coordination, team leadership.

 

Experience

(5 to 10 Years of experience in relevant field in Pharmaceutical Industry.) Age    32 to 38 years.
