Job Summary: The Manager – HR Operations will be responsible for driving excellence across the entire Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric HR processes. The role requires close collaboration with HR COEs and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and deliver high‑quality HR services.
A key focus of the role is continuous process improvement, system optimization, and data‑driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. The position also ensures strong governance, adherence to policies, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
