Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including hands-on expertise in a Digital transformation project at manufacturing sites The Site Digital Initiatives Manager is responsible for executing global and local digital transformation projects at the manufacturing site. This role focuses on implementing digital tools such as eLogbooks, OEE monitoring, capacity planning and many other digital initiatives at the manufacturing site to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and productivity. The role is responsible for implementing the digital strategy across sites, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Digitisation of Shop Floor Processes: Implementing systems such as electronic logbooks (eLogbooks), capacity planning tool, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) monitoring, Utility Logbooks, and Capacity Planning tools. Project Management: Leading cross-functional project teams, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and ensuring delivery of business value. Compliance & Validation: Ensuring all digital systems comply with GxP guidelines, data integrity standards, and are audit-ready. Technology Integration: Working with IT and engineering teams to integrate new digital tools with existing systems like MES, SCADA, and ERP. Change Management: Promoting user adoption, training end-users, and embedding digital practices into daily operations.Driving adoption and digital culture at the site. |

Job Requirements |

Educational Qualification |
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Science, Production, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field. Preferred: Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, M.Tech, M.Pharm) with specialisation in Project Management, Operations Management, Industrial Automation, or Pharmaceutical Technology. |

PMP – for structured project execution (Preferred) GAMP5 or CSV Training – for compliance in regulated environments |

Experience |
Total: 7+ years in manufacturing (preferably pharma). Relevant: 3+ years in digital transformation or automation roles. Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional digital projects. |

Skill (Functional & Behavioural): Functional: Strong project management expertise in IT/digital systems, Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and shop floor operations, Proficiency in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration, Budget and vendor management, Data-driven decision-making
Behavioural: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Proactive problem-solving and risk management, High attention to detail and compliance mindset, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and accountability, Change management and user adoption |
