Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and support the financial reporting and consolidation process for Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of consolidated financial results.

2. Apply and interpret Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) in the preparation and review of financial statements. Exposure to US GAAP will be considered an added advantage.

3. Review standalone financial results of group entities and perform detailed variance analysis across reporting periods, including Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ), Year-on-Year (YoY), and Month-on-Month (MoM) comparisons. Identify key business drivers and provide meaningful insights.

4. Assist in Monthly consolidation and reporting process, including review of balance sheet review, cash flows and P&L .

5. Have Worked with financial consolidation and reporting tools such as SAP BPC, HANA GR, or other equivalent consolidation platforms to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global subsidiaries to obtain, validate, and analyze financial information required for consolidation and reporting.

7. Prepare management presentations, financial analyses, and reporting packs for senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
2. Strong understanding of Ind AS and financial statement consolidation principles.
3. Working knowledge of US GAAP will be an added advantage.
4. Hands-on experience with consolidation tools such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, or similar applications.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
6. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA / SAP HANA will be an added advantage.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
