Job summary & Areas of Responsibility:

Manager role in IP litigations – FTO searches & evaluation reports, identifying IP risks during pre-PIF assessment and providing IP litigation support to various stakeholders, and managing the deliverables in time with quality.  

  • IP Landscape Preparation, FTO searches & preparing evaluation reports
  • IP litigation support: Provide litigation support including review of documents, discovery and coordinate with various internal stakeholders and counsel.
  • Pre-PIF assessments: Preparation of prosecution summary of relevant patents, IP Summary etc.
  • Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, and Regulatory teams
  • New Product Opportunity Identification - based on IP scenarios
  • Monitoring of IP updates, Competitive Intelligence and regulatory developments

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Master of Pharmacy or M.S. (Pharma) or M. Tech. (Pharma) or Ph.D. (Pharma) (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred) from reputed institute.

Specific Certification

P.G. Diploma in Patents Law (preferred)

Experience

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in IP domain

Skill (Functional & Behavioural): Sound understanding of IP dynamics, technical skills, Good communication skills, Team player, Agility & adaptability.
