Job Summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a skilled RPA Architect to design, architect, and lead the implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions. The successful candidate will drive the strategic design and technical architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. The RPA Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and provide guidance to the development team in delivering robust, scalable, and secure RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

 

Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to develop an RPA strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying automation opportunities across various business processes.

 

- Lead the assessment of current business processes to determine their suitability for automation, prioritizing processes based on complexity, volume, and potential impact on efficiency and productivity.

 

RPA Solution Design

- Architect and design end-to-end RPA solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices. ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices in RPA development.

 

- Develop detailed process documentation, including process flow diagrams, business requirements, and technical specifications, to guide the RPA development and implementation phases.

 

- Evaluate and recommend RPA tools and technologies, with a preference for UiPath, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.

 

- Oversee the integration of RPA solutions with existing IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.

Intelligent Automation

- Assess opportunities for incorporating intelligent automation technologies, such as machine learning and cognitive automation, into RPA solutions to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.

 

- Stay updated with advancements in intelligent automation and recommend their adoption where applicable, considering potential benefits and impact on business processes.

Technical Leadership

- Provide architectural guidance and leadership to the RPA development team,, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

 

- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and development in RPA and intelligent automation technologies.

 

- Familiarize team members with the change management lifecycle and guide them in effectively managing change within the organization during RPA implementations.

Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their automation needs and objectives, translating them into actionable RPA solutions that deliver measurable business value.

 

- Work collaboratively with IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful RPA implementation and integration with existing IT infrastructure and systems.

 

- Foster strong relationships with RPA vendors and UiPath partners to leverage their expertise and support in resolving technical challenges and optimizing RPA solutions.

Governance

- Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for RPA development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

 

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of RPA implementations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

 

- Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of RPA processes and operations.

Continuous Improvement

- Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in RPA processes and practices, conducting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and lessons learned for future automation projects.

 

- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and optimization of RPA solutions, exploring new use cases and technologies to enhance automation capabilities and drive operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates who possess pharmaceutical industry experience. Master's degree is a plus.

- BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech

Specific Certification

(At least 01 of below UiPath is mandatory)
