We are looking for a dynamic go-getter to join our SCM IT team. As the Supply Planning Lead within SCM IT, your primary responsibility would be to liaison with the stakeholders from Global Supply Team, to understand business requirement, design, implement and deliver solutions with utmost business impact withing different realms of Supply Chain, especially withing the domain of supply planning.  Additionally, you would be required to coalesce with our support and implementation partners to track and monitor the process of different projects, issues and change requests. You will also be required to lead our Supply Planning IT team in facilitating the SCM users to carry our regular BAU activities.

 

Stakeholder Delight, Solution Design and Delivery, Adherence to timelines and Adoption will be your key performance metrics,

 

The ideal candidate should have hands on implementation experience in any planning solution like SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder etc., preferably in Supply Planning. Experience in leading small to mid-sized teams for SCM IT solution implementations will be preferred. Also, over 8-10 years’ experience in Pharma or process industries is desirable.

 

Areas Of Responsibility

  • Project Management – Solution Design, Project Planning and updates, implementation and delivery in SCM Planning and allied systems
  • New Rollouts, implementation and Change Request (CR) management
  • Stakeholder Management – establish connect with SCM business users, provide planning results, regular updates, issue resolution etc
  • Possess an analytical bent of mind, ability to churn and mine through extensive data to proactively identify improvement and optimization opportunities in current planning practices and recommend system solutions accordingly
  • High learning coefficient, willingness to go beyond defined role and proactively participate in offering and delivering solutions to business stakeholders in ever evolving SCM IT landscape
  • Lead Troubleshooting, RCA and issue resolution for BAU planning activities
  • Manage Supply Planning IT team for day-to-day user support and business operations throughout the monthly planning cycle
  • Primary support and operation activities include –
    • Preparatory – Integration models
    • Master Data – hygiene checks and collaborate with business stakeholders for corrections if required
    • Supply – Balancing, ICIM, FCIM and MRP runs
  • Team Building – coach and guide IT Supply Planning and SI team in day-to-day support, troubleshooting, monthly planning runs and new implementations
  • Interface closely with Demand and Inventory Planning teams

Experience
