Role and Responsibilities:
Active involvement in tendering, procurement & contractual processes
Handling all commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance including review and renewal of annual rate contracts of various plant locations.
Vendor development – Sourcing and evaluating vendors in terms of financial stability and competence.
Tendering / PO related activities -
Coordinate with various vendors for floating inquiries, receive quotes, invite them for negotiation
Techno-commercial comparison / Rate analysis
Finalization of contract
Generating Purchase Orders in SAP/Ivaua system.
Coordination with the contractors/vendors, transporters, and site engineers for timely completion of work / delivery of material as per schedule.
Coordination with site engineers and accounts for timely processing of bills and payments to suppliers and contractors.
Preparing monthly reports related to commercial activities.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Graduation in Civil preferred
Skills
Construction/Facility procurement specialization
SAP/Ivalua, MS-office with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Experience
Min 10 to 12 years’ experience procurement
