Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Learning and Development manager to lead the L&D function for emerging markets BU
Create and execute learning strategies and programs – country specific in coordination with local teams
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs across affiliates
Fostering high performance culture focusing on Customer Value Creation, People Management & Ethical Working
Implement various learning methods EM wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, refresher programs and induction training programs including but not limited to, product science and selling skills
Standardizing; curating the training content; training facilitation/delivery across the organization; administering the functions of content development and ensuring Training Effectiveness
Developing training roadmaps for executives based on job-based capability requirements in-line with the organizational strategy
Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
Vendor identification/management
Related Experience requirement
Proven experience as an L&D Manager pharma, Training Manager or similar for more than 10 years
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen and fluency in English language
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
Prior experience in international business will be of added advantage
Experience in managing multiple countries/geographies
