Key Responsibilities -

  • Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order & Contract Management: Manage execution of Creating PR, Purchase Orders (POs), Rate Contracts (RCs) within ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Ivalua). Ensure contracts are legally compliant and clearly defined.
  • Budget Ownership, Actual Reporting & Financial Control: Manage end-to-end IT budgeting with all the IT tower leads and Finance team. This includes annual planning, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and spend control, ensuring all IT financial transactions are tightly governed.
  • Cost Optimization & Data Analysis: Analyse spending patterns, identify opportunities for cost savings and Budget rationalization.
  • Orchestrate Vendor Management & Governance: Work with Procurement, IT teams and Vendors to establishing strong governance and issue resolution for complete IT vendor lifecycle from Onboarding, Contracting, Renewals, Invoicing and Payment.
  • Strategic Procurement & IT Commercials: Drive sourcing and contracting for IT software, infrastructure, consulting, and manpower services, focusing on cost optimization, de-risking through alternate vendors, and global contract consolidation.
  • Cost Optimization & Chargeback Management: Implement true-cost allocation and chargeback mechanisms across parent and affiliate entities in coordination with taxation teams, while continuously optimizing IT costs through consolidation.

  • Contract Management: Oversee all IT service agreements, ensuring legal compliance, clearly defined KPIs, penalties, and proactive management of renewals and contractual obligations.
  • Reporting, MIS & Stakeholder Engagement: Produce management MIS dashboards to support decision-making, leverage SAP and BI tools for reporting, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and vendors through structured reviews and satisfaction surveys.

Functional Expertise

  • Experience in Vendor Management Office Domain.
  • Detailed & proven knowledge in VMO, IT Commercial strategy, Procurement & Budget control
  • Experience in SAP in areas or Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt
  • Skills, Knowledge, Abilities experience in reporting tools such as SAP BW, Power BI or other tools

  • Communication: Ability to liaise between IT Teams, Procurement, Finance and Vendors.
