Job Role

Driving Operational Efficiency Improvement initiatives at multiple sites, Building culture of Continuous Improvement, Conduct training on CI tools (Lean Six Sigma / TPM etc)

Areas of Responsibility

1. OE Lead would be a key resource working closely with the Sun Global Operations (SGO) leadership to identify, analyse and resolve manufacturing issues and align supply to business demand
2. Identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of Quality, Cost, Productivity and Delivery
3. Process Mapping / Value Stream mapping / Gemba walks
4. Act as mentor to CI project teams, conduct RCA / brainstorming sessions with teams, and help them in doing statistical analysis.
5. Publish monthly OE MIS reports including OEE, D2D etc
6. People Capability development -  Trainings on LSS / TPM tools for CI project team members
7. Capturing of Best Practices and sharing it with team members at sites

18-22 years’ experience, with min 5 years of experience in leading OE at multiple sites

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

BE / B Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production), B Pharm / M Pharm

Lean Six Sigma BB certification is must, knowledge of TPM would be added advantage

Specific Certification
