Key responsibilities:

The HR Projects Lead – Corporate & Emerging Markets will centrally drive HR projects that span both the Corporate HR agenda and the Emerging Markets (EM) across approximately 40 countries. The role drives successful implementation of HR technology, talent management, and field-force performance initiatives on the EM side, and induction, talent tracking, and employee lifecycle initiatives on the corporate side — ensuring consistent HR delivery, reporting, and process discipline across both. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Emerging Markets

  • Centrally drive HR Technology projects
  • Ensure Diversity and Talent Management practices
  • Design and drive innovative HR practices for life-cycle management of field force employees
  • Ensure HR reviews and reporting – quarterly business reviews, HR dashboards, and process governance
  • Lead key projects focused on performance improvement.

 

Corporate HR

  • Redefine and roll out the employee Induction Program
  • Track Talent Management initiatives, including IDP and talent/KRA tracking frameworks
  • Support Training and Leadership Development programs
  • Prepare reports and reviews for HR and business leadership
  • Own the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle experience

 

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key liaison between HR leadership, Corporate teams, and Emerging Markets leaders/HR across 40 countries
  • Support preparation for leadership and governance meetings, including HR strategy-into-action and Sr. Management reviews
  • Drive alignment on people strategy and HR structure across Corporate and EM leadership

 

Qualification:  Postgraduate degree in Human Resources; MBA from a Tier I institute preferred.

 

Experience

  • 7-8 years in HR strategy, project management, HR partnering, post-MBA
  • Experience in driving projects across multiple stakeholders / geographies preferred
  • Experience managing or influencing senior leaders
  • Strong execution, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative approach.
