Key responsibilities: The HR Projects Lead – Corporate & Emerging Markets will centrally drive HR projects that span both the Corporate HR agenda and the Emerging Markets (EM) across approximately 40 countries. The role drives successful implementation of HR technology, talent management, and field-force performance initiatives on the EM side, and induction, talent tracking, and employee lifecycle initiatives on the corporate side — ensuring consistent HR delivery, reporting, and process discipline across both. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources; MBA from a Tier I institute preferred.
