Role Summary:

 

This role is part of Emerging Markets HR Corporate team and will be responsible for design and implementation of key HR initiatives for Emerging Markets business of Sun Pharma which is spread across 35+ countries.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Performance Management & Rewards

  • Lead annual/quarterly performance cycles: goal setting, calibrations, reviews, and feedback.
  • Support compensation planning (increments, promotions, retention offers) with market benchmarking.
  • Partner benefits, other salary related requirements; ensure fairness and transparency.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Managing disciplinary processes as and when needed
  • Conceptualize and enable execution of engagement agenda (pulse surveys, action planning etc).
  • Drive culture-building interventions and leadership connects; track eNPS/engagement scores.

HR Budgeting

  • Prepare and monitor annual HR budgets for EM, including headcount, compensation, benefits, and HR programs.
  • Track variances, optimize costs, and provide insights for leadership decision-making

Technology Adoption & HR Digital Transformation

  • Lead implementation and scale-up of integrated HR technology platforms (HRIS, performance systems, rewards tools).
  • Standardize processes across geographies for efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure successful adoption through training, communication, and governance.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Graduate with MBA from Tier 1 College

Experience

5+ years of experience in consulting, Rewards COE
