Desired Skills & Experience

• Candidate should have worked on SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Costing) module which also includes experience in allied areas like budgeting, costing, pricing, posting, valuation etc
• Experience in implementing and leading SAP CO modules at enterprise level is preferred.
• Should have the proven credentials for his/her contribution in the finance digital journey with projects that he should have led/taken to closure.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. At least 5 years should be as leader for Fi / CO function and business partnering with the CFO office
• Preferably should have experience in implementation/ support of SAP FI and CO at a Pharma company, or GxP controlled Process industry environment.
• Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring FICO module, and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP etc).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Preference will be given to candidates having worked in Multi Country scenario with operations spread in at least 5-6 countries outside of Asia.

Areas Of Responsibility

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO for SUN Pharma entities operated in SAP - ECC and HANA including 3rd Party System Integrations.

Take part as an active contributing member for efficiency enhancement in the finance function with automations, newer tools and inclination towards digital.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy customer’s needs.

Design, customize, configure and testing of the module. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

Act as liaison with internal customer for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.

Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Chartered Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration as a base qualification.

• MBA in Finance or Systems will be an added advantage.

Specific Certification

SAP Certification in SAP FICO will be an added advantage

Knowledge of Both S4HANA and ECC Mandatory

SAP FICO (primary skill), SAP MM and PP (secondary skill)

Experience

Min.12+ Years in SAP FICO. Higher experience candidates will be preferred
