Key responsibilities:

End User Support:

  • Provide guidance to end users for hardware, software, network, and application issues
  • Escalate unresolved end user issues to appropriate teams as needed
  • Coordinate with locations IT teams for Tech Refresh activity PAN India
  • Educate end-users on IT best practices and usage policies
  • Collaborate closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Facilities to ensure a secure and compliant end user environment

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate with HR Dept for new user accounts, email IDs, and access rights in Active Directory, O365, etc.
  • Allocate and deploy laptops/desktops and other peripherals for new joiners on time
  • Coordinate with location HR Dept for EUC asset count for promotes and new joiner count
  • Ensure timely revocation of access and administrative systems rights.
  • Coordinate secure return and sanitization of EUC assets including license applications, data backup etc
  • Update inventory and facilitate reallocation of assets.

IT Asset Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory management, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of IT asset inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of End user IT assets, computers, and peripherals.

 

  • Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware and software procurement, warranties, and support contracts
  • Establish controls for asset issuance, returns, spares, and safe disposal.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and vendor deliveries.
  • Ensure secure storage, clean labelling, and physical verification of all assets
  • Assist vendor management and procurement activities related to IT hardware and software

Access & Security

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing agreements, and data security standards
  • Generate reports on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status for management review.
  • Support for Internal Audit of end users devices

Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office and IT ticketing tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+ / Network+

• ITIL Foundation

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Experience: 5 to 6 years
