Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Key responsibilities: SAP – MASTER TEAM (India Distribution) Customer Master: Create new customer code for Branded and Generics business Update all the master for customer like credit limit, DL, FL address, plant extension, division access Create customer codes for Discounted billing (Sold to code) Mapping of sold to code with Bill to and payer code Material Master: Create new material code for finish products and sample products as per MUF received from concern team Update Integral qty at plant material for SSD billing Update Additional table for material like – Entity, material category, class analysis Pricing: Update revised MRP for materials for Own manufacturing and 3rd party manufacturing as per MRP tracker Update rates for physician samples and promo materials Update special billing rates for CHC/Generics Update transfer price/Cost price for materials Update ZTPO rates for 3rd party purchase products Prepare price circular and circulate to all stake holder Bonus Scheme: Update bonus scheme at material level in SAP at PAN India Update bonus scheme at customer material level and state level Prepare bonus circular and circulate to all stake holder Shipper Master: Update Shipper master in system at material batch level with weight and dimension for Finish products. Update shipper master for physician sample materials Tax Master: Update GST (JOIG, JOCG, JOSG) at material level as per HSN code for Finish products Update GST tax at material level for PS materials and promo materials Additional responsibilities: Involve with IT team for new development Coordinate with Business team/Plants/Factory/TP team/WH for MRP/Batch related issues Coordinate with CNFs/CAs for any issue and ensure timely billing Provide SAP system reports to other department and answering the Auditor’s queries Expertise in Excel – having a good knowledge, Skill and ability of Excel Good knowledge of master related work in SAP

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification			Graduation in any degree (B.Sc., B. Com, BBA, BCA)
Experience			Tenure: 5-6 years
