Job Title:  Executive - Compliance

Summary of Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the India Business Compliance team (IBC) in the implementation of various applicable policies and guidelines. Assisting the Compliance Head and the IBC with the execution of compliance program to ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is passionate about both enabling compliant strategies / programs and ensuring that the compliance guidance to the assigned business units is clear and actionable.

 

Job Description:

  • Assists and Support the IBC for various activities within India Business team, including any automation tool / manual process as one of the local administrators to manage, review the activities and guide stakeholders as per the company’s process and policies.
  • Assist with data gathering and analysis for compliance monitoring purposes.
  • Coordinate document requests, procedure changes, and collaborate with stakeholders for various compliance projects.
  • Provide project management support including required checks on obligation management activities.
  • Effectively contribute and assist towards timely preparation of any compliance reports, analysis and   MIS on periodic basis.
  • Supports the Compliance team to develop actions to address issues and concerns and to coordinate with stakeholders as required for rolling out the planned actions.
  • Any other compliance support identified by management from time to time.
  • Regular and timely dialogue and communication on the progress of the work and potential findings to the Head of Compliance.

 

Qualification:

  • Graduate/PG with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Device / Healthcare / Banking Sectors with relevant exposure to compliance function / audit / marketing or related components preferred.
  • Familiarity with UCPMP and Local Pharmaceutical related laws and regulations in India
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience multi-tasking, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines is required
  • Must possess analytical skills.
