As an executive assistant will provide broad range of program management support to CFO office. Objective is to effectively manage CFO Office projects and stakeholders and help achieve success in CFO Office and Finance function initiatives
Area Of Responsibility
The role requires strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work along and with other functional managers and business leaders
Coordinate, orchestrate and manage key projects or commitments involving the CFO
Person will be responsible for managing CFO calendar specific to key Finance Organization initiatives, MD office Projects and CFO office Projects, Follow up on Tasks and Targets committed to office of the CFO Provide assistance for budget preparation, presentation, and execution.
Co-coordinating with Cross Functional teams for multi stream projects
Work on CFO office IT projects / Digital initiatives
Provide data analytics to CFO for better functional output
Must be able to present and negotiate for acceptable solutions when there are differences of opinions.
Preparation of Various Monthly Financial and Operational MIS as per CFO requirement
Engage right stakeholders in key meetings and document minutes of meetings/ key takeaways
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Develop and maintain an effective network and cooperative relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Some of the indicative areas are GST and IDT Optimization Projects, Finance Technology Projects, Internal Audit and Compliance Governance, among others.

Experience
Incumbent having minimum 8-10 years of work experience in finance domain and 2-3 year of experience in a similar role in large MNC.
Well versed with associated F&A Processes
Have played/led significant role in various project management involving cross functional teams
Exhibiting strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with as exceptional customer focus and willingness to go the extra-mile
Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
Strong organizational, coordination skills and experience to engage with senior leadership team
Ability to manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships in order to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust-based work environment
Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information
Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries

This role will collaborate with various Finance teams and stakeholders, including ones outside of Finance like Manufacturing, IT, sales, Procurement, HR etc.
