Location :

New green field site (Pithampur - Indore)

1. Overall In charge of HT, LT, LV Electrical systems installation at site.
2. Handling of DG sets, Chillers, UPS, Rotary UPS system.
3. Based on received drawings, assign work and timelines and ensures the implementation of the same.
4. Ensure collection of data; analyze to achieve relevant construction quality and safety.
5. Help overcome constraints, work out alternatives to the design in case of difficulties
6. Retention of records in respective area.  Preparation & completeness of documentation for qualification of electrical system.
7. Prepare snag list & give final acceptance of construction quality for electrical systems after fixing it.
8. Review measurements sheets.
9. Ensure Schedule updates in primavera and send progress reports in terms of schedule work quantity, progress, constraints, snaps and etc.
10. Coordinate with Electrical Inspector, local grid suppliers.
11. Effective co-ordination with inter departments (Production, QA, QE, Purchase).
12. Consult with Manufacturer for equipment procurement, remedial actions required on equipment’s.
13. Ensure GMP documents are prepared, executed and maintained as per SOP.
14. Ensure trainings for various contractors and employees for safety and timely improvement.
15. Proactive actions on conservation of energy and implementation of automation of equipment’s.
16. Execute construction quality audits- Internal / External for Electrical systems.
17. Responsible for construction quality; finishes, Operations, Performance and safety at site.
18. He will report quantity variation and scope change

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) 

Experience

Tenure:   (5 to 10 Years of experience in relevant field in Pharmaceutical Industry.)
