Junior Analyst/Analyst – Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Digital Automation (IC Role)
Role Overview:
The Junior Analyst/Analyst will support the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Digital Automation function for Emerging Markets (EM). This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance CRM capabilities, drive process automation, and provide data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset to optimize sales force performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT & CRM Management:
• Coordinate with Vendor IT Management and Global IT teams to implement and maintain CRM solutions within defined SLAs.
• Develop and maintain Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) for system enhancements, process automation, and CRM implementations.
• Assist in CRM roadmap planning and execution in alignment with regional and affiliate business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for new module implementations, ensuring alignment with user needs and system capabilities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM updates and new feature deployments.
• Provide first-level support for issue resolution, help desk management, and master data maintenance.
2. Sales Force Effectiveness & Performance Monitoring:
• Generate SFE dashboards and reports to track KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making for sales leadership ( Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel & Power Queries Skill Desirable )
• Support frontline managers (FLMs) and country teams by providing coaching insights to improve both SFE indicators and business outcomes.
• Assist in developing targeting and segmentation models to refine go-to-market strategies.
3. Process Automation & Data Analytics:
• Leverage automation tools to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform data mining and trend analysis to generate actionable insights for commercial teams.
4. Project Management & Documentation:
• Maintain well-documented workflows and process maps for automation initiatives and compliance adherence.
• Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Document best practices and guidelines for CRM utilization and automation workflows.
5. Training & Content Development:
• Assist in content creation for training sessions, leveraging tools like CapCut (video editing) and Canva (image editing).
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve CRM adoption and proficiency among users.
• Develop self-service knowledge materials (FAQs, user guides, and training videos) to support ongoing learning.

Qualifications & Competencies:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, IT or other related fields with a focus on quantitative methods.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in IT consulting, analytics, or CRM support. Experience in Pharma/Biotech or Consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Power BI, SQL, VBA Macros, Advanced Excel).
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in process automation and workflow optimization.
• Basic video editing (CapCut) and image editing (Canva) for content creation.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to mine data for trends and insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
