 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the lifecycle of our digital marketing technology stack. This critical role bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, focusing on the management, optimization, and deployment of our digital assets on cloud platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure that powers our marketing efforts, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and performant. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing technical projects, a deep understanding of cloud and DevOps principles, and experience within the digital marketing landscape.
Desired Skills & Experience

Core Technical & Project Management Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with a significant portion in a technical project management or IT management role focused on web/digital assets.
  • Cloud Computing: Strong understanding of cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and proven experience managing cloud-hosted web applications and digital platforms.
  • DevOps Principles: Hands-on knowledge of DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) to manage the software development lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Technical SEO: Expertise in technical SEO best practices and analysis using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Web Technologies: Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including CMS platforms, fundamentals of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and API integrations.

MarTech & Analytics Skills

  • MarTech Stack: Hands-on experience managing and integrating Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g., WebEngage, CleverTap, Braze) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing system and marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Digital Marketing Domains: Foundational knowledge of digital marketing domains like SCM, and email/WhatsApp/SMS marketing to effectively collaborate with marketing teams

Roles & Responsibilities

* End to end ownership of implementation, uptime and maintenance of all digital marketing assets, including content management

* Provide consultative support and execute new tech initiatives to support marketing strategies of brand awareness and customer acquisitions 

* Facilitate the implementation and support of new Digital Marketing strategies from the IT side

* Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.

* Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

* Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy customer’s needs.

* Design, customize, configure and testing of the digital marketing assets

* Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

* Act as liaison with internal customer for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.

* Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs, test cases and results.

* Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

* Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

* Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

* Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required – help in upskilling of both IT and Business users by fostering awareness of new age technology and platforms

* Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.

* Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Engine Console, SEO tools
