Areas Of Responsibility
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Undertake projects on improving organizational effectiveness
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during transformations
- Manage organizational design efforts, including job role evaluations
- Undertake review of organization structure with aim to improve overall efficiency and productivity
- Drive initiatives for optimal and fit for purpose organizational structure
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee productivity and engagement within the function
Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet business needs.
- Analyze workforce trends, including attrition, hiring, and internal mobility, to drive informed decision-making.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce efficiency and future talent requirements.
Data & Analytics:
- Utilize HR analytics to track workforce performance, engagement, and productivity metrics.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Monitor external workforce trends and benchmark against industry best practices.
Special Projects: Drive special projects in close partnership with CHRO’s office

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience
- MBA in HR will be preferred
- 9-12 years of experience in similar role/ HR PMO/ HRBP will be preferred
- Strong understanding of HR analytics, driving organizational effectiveness projects and linked change management.
Should have worked in large organizations and experienced working collaboratively across functions and levels of a business to drive results
