Job Summary

The Vertical Head role will be responsible for therapies of Gastroenterology, Pain Management, Ophthalmology across EM (APAC, Africa, MENA, & LatAm) and in terms of Geographies, will be responsible for co-ordinating the marketing effort of South Africa, Nigeria and ME.

Areas Of Responsibility

• Driving the marketing & strategic brand management activities for assigned countries and therapies.
• Accountable for working with team to develop country specific marketing plans to meet short & long term objectives
• Responsible for managing sales forecasts and budget planning (Revenue and Expense)
• Global strategic therapy & brand planning, execution and control
• New product identification & launch
• Cross functional collaboration (sales/purchase/medical/market research)
• Conceptualize & execute differential country specific marketing strategies to gain MS
• Responsible for KOL management & development
• Quarterly review meetings with business head thereby getting detailed business insights across various countries in emerging markets
• Regular cycle meetings in country for which travel will be required
• Lead multi-cultural teams based out of countries and in the HO, India
• Guide & coach team members to ensure high performance& consistent delivery of goals in a matrix structure
