YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Brand Leadership:
    • Develop and execute annual & long-term brand plans for Revital NPD pipeline and Abzorb P&L delivery, aligned to category growth objectives.
    • Define core brand strategy, consumer guardrails, product roadmap, and communication architecture.
    • Translate consumer insights into sharp value propositions and innovation opportunities.

 

  1. Revital – Innovation & Digital-First NPD Ownership:
    • Lead end-to-end NPD lifecycle from opportunity identification, concept development, consumer validation, product design, packaging, and claims development to launch execution.
    • Build digital-first launches with strong orientation towards Amazon/Flipkart/Quick Commerce and D2C:
      • Build e-com optimized product pages, content, pricing, ratings & reviews strategy.
      • Run A/B tests, micro-launches, and iterative product refinements.
    • Partner with R&D, Packaging, Product Development, Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of innovation milestones.
    • Drive digital storytelling through influencer collaborations, performance marketing, and social media campaigns for NPD launches.

 

  1. Abzorb – Full Business & P&L Ownership:
    • Lead brand P&L: revenue planning, pricing, contribution margin improvement, and mix management.
    • Own demand generation and media planning—digital, TV, print, retail visibility & on-ground activations. Also closely work with prescription teams to drive pull in focus markets.
    • Partner with Sales to drive distribution expansion, category development, visibility programs, and retailer-level initiatives.
    • Strengthen portfolio architecture and drive renovation and value engineering where needed.

 

  1. Communication Development & Media Management:
    • Develop integrated communication campaigns grounded in strong consumer insights.
    • Drive creative brief development, content creation, and campaign excellence with creative, digital, and media agencies.
    • Build sharp media briefs and track campaign delivery across mediums — digital-first, ATL, retail, and influencer ecosystems.
    • Manage agency partners for shoots, content creation, outdoor, and retail activations.

 

  1. Performance Monitoring, Insights & Analytics:
    • Track category, competition, and brand performance across channels using syndicated and internal data sources.
    • Conduct consumer research to uncover emerging needs, usage patterns, and satisfaction drivers.
    • Evaluate campaign performance, ROI, media efficiency, and translate learnings into actionable plans.
    • Maintain robust dashboards on brand health, digital KPIs, and e-commerce metrics.

 

  1. Budget Management:
    • Own annual marketing budgets for both brands, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal ROI.
    • Track spends, optimize efficiencies, and ensure adherence to budgeting norms.

 

  1. Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Work closely with R&D, Packaging, SCM, Finance, Regulatory, Sales & Commercial Teams to drive innovation and brand projects.
    • Engage with external ecosystem — media agencies, creative agencies, digital partners, production houses, research partners.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business/Pharma Management preferred

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in driving consumer health, FMCG, or OTC category innovations from inception to launch

  • Proven track record of successful product launches, including experience in leveraging e-commerce, digital-first platforms, and Rx collaboration for brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, innovation funnels, AOP planning, media planning, digital & social marketing, - Rx–OTC synergies, regulatory landscape, and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment with senior leadership exposure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking, creativity, and execution excellence.
