Title:  AVP - Finance and Digital Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive global finance transformation projects and ensure timely delivery.
2. Oversee ERP modernization and automation initiatives across finance processes.
3. Implement advanced analytics for forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
4. Finalize scalable business processes and select appropriate technology platforms/tools.
5. Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks for transformation projects.
6. Manage FT budget and ensure business case realization.
7. Identify revenue improvement opportunities and process automation in Gross-to-Net.

Lead change management and digital adoption across finance functions globally.
