Position Summary –
Responsible for Housekeeping of Plant, Outer Plant Area, Quality Block and all other area.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all inside and external premises as per cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
Implement SOPs for cleaning and sanitization in compliance with 21 CFR Part 211.
Maintain cleaning logs and records for regulatory audits.
Coordinate with housekeeping supervisor and housekeeping personal for scheduled and unscheduled cleaning activities.
Monitor environmental conditions to prevent contamination risks.
Maintain Inventory of Housekeeping items.
Maintain and upkeep of all housekeeping equipment’s.
Manage Scrap movement from Plant and QC block to Scrap Yard.
Training of housekeeping personal as per the cGMP requirement.
Pest Control Management: Develop and implement Pest Control Program as per USFDA guidelines.
Ensure approved chemicals and methods are used for pest control.
Maintain pest control records and trend analysis for inspections.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions for pest sightings.
Coordinate with qualified vendors for pest management services.
Ensure compliance to Site SOP on Pest control at Site.
Linen and Laundry Management: Oversee collection, washing, sanitization, and distribution of clean garments and linen for production areas and Quality Block area.
Ensure segregation of clean and dirty linen to prevent cross-contamination.
Validate third party laundry processes for compliance with cGMP and USFDA standards.
Maintain inventory and usage records for garments and linen.
Implement SOPs for garment handling and storage.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all activities comply with 21 CFR Part 211 (cGMP) and USFDA requirements.
Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation for housekeeping, pest control, and laundry.
Train staff on GMP hygiene practices and facility SOPs.
Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Safety and Risk Management: Monitor chemical usage safety for cleaning and pest control.
Implement risk mitigation plans for contamination and pest infestation.
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
Budget preparation, contract management and payment of regular bills: prepare budget of Facility Management.
Prepare and execute all contracts of Facility department that is Housekeeping, Pest Control, and Laundry Bills.
Verify bills of all vendors and ensure timely payment of all regular service providers of Facility Management department.
Prepare PRs and service entries related to Facility Management

Educational Qualification
MBA (HR-Operations)/PGDPM/BA or any other graduate
Experience
7-10 years of relevant experience in Facility management and administration preferably in OSD manufacturing
