Position Summary –

 

  • Manage the lifecycle of SOPs, including revision tracking, issuance, distribution, and archival.
  • Control and maintain Master and Certified formats through electronic/document share portals.
  • Issue and Manage Records of Analysis (ROA) and associated documents.
  • Handle EDMS documentation, including form creation, master management, and archival.
  • Manage issuance, control, and archival of logbooks.
  • Maintain signature cards, departmental job responsibilities, and controlled records.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of documents and records in the documentation room.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection plans for intermediate and finished goods materials.
  • Update QM views for raw materials, intermediates, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Manage SAP data and associated QA documentation including update and maintaining water sampling points as per approved schedules.
  • Review & Verification of Collection Bin for Labels/Papers as per SOP.
  • Act as Department Training Coordinator for Quality.
  • Upload and manage training activities in the GxP Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate with the Site/Location training coordinator to ensure timely completion of training before SOP implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations for training effectiveness and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and documentation control.
  • Hands-on experience with EDMS, SAP, and LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of GxP, data integrity, and regulatory inspection readiness.
  • High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • To perform Gap Assessment for Pharmacopeial changes as per USP and Ph. Eur. and to ensure compliance as per SOP.
