Position Summary –

• Conduct work planning of analytical activities to analysts, discuss for technical assistance and facilitate them for proper execution of work.

• To manage and ensure technology transfer activities (Received from different R&D Locations) /Cleaning Method validation/Method validation in timely manner.

• To facilitate for regulatory submission in time and to respond the query received from different regulatory agencies.
• Troubleshooting related to instrument, analytical methods if any and other day to day challenges occurred during analysts in the lab.
• Review of method transfer / cleaning method validation/Analytical method validation data and all other analytical data generated in the Laboratory.
• Ensure that methods and SOPs are followed and general compliance of the laboratory is maintained.
• Review of Calibration/Preventive Maintenance reports and certificate of analysis for accuracy and completeness.
• Preparation and review of SOP’s, Record of analysis, specifications and STP’s.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the activity performed.
• To identify & reporting of Deviations, OOT and OOS in time and perform the investigation.
• Ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standards in the QC laboratory.
• Assist with analysts for reporting and verification of test results / reports.
• To execute applicable SAP transactions.
• To provide need base training to the team to improve their skill and enhance the competency level.
• To handover all type of records related to Quality control department to QA for archival.
• Any other Assignment given by Manager from time to time.

13-15 years of relevant experience in OSD manufacturing
