- Joining & Induction:
To have smooth pre joining, joining and Induction of all New Joiners within defined timelines with coordination with other teams.
Hiring Formalities of all new joiner like ejoining, Metis Code Generation, Email ID and login creation, LMS ID creation
Joining Formalities of all new joiner
Ensuring Medical Checkup as per site SOP Checklist
Induction of all new joiners within defined timelines (On Roll as well as Contractual)
Training Record punching in LMS
Handover of new joiners to their respective departments
Coordination with admin to have proper stay and travel facility for New Joiners
Ensuring timely handover of ID Cards/shoes/lockers/dresses for new joiners
Clearing bills of New Joiners (Premedical Checkup/Relocation if any)
- Employee Engagement :
Preparation and implementation of Engagement Calendar for site covering various initiatives like R&R, Skip Level, Coffee with Site Head, Help Desk, festival celebrations and other engagement activities to be launched
- DTC & L&OD :
Preparing yearly SOP training calendar for HR/Admin/Housekeeping/Security
Coordination and Ensuring departments’ timely completion of all SOP defined trainings. Preparation and adherence to yearly training of all HR/Admin/Security/Housekeeping trainings
Monthly Training Completion & Failure Report of all HR/Admin/Security/Housekeeping Staff
Coordinating with L&OD team to drive learning initiatives for Technicians & Supervisors.
Coordination and ensuring smooth trainings at site being conducted by corporate/regional level
- Quality Management System:
100% Compliance during internal/external audit
Documentation as per SOP compliance for entire site
- MIS & others:
Monthly Induction MIS
Getting Feedback from New joiners
Monthly Sop training Report HR & Admin
Monthly Sop training Report Housekeeping & Security
Monthly MIS of Engagement Activities
