Key responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for handling end –to-end recruitment; starting from receiving the job requisition       to getting the right talent on-board.
  • Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high quality experienced candidates in Pharma industry through IJP, Employee Referral, networking, campaign, web services, etc.
  • Planning & executing large scale recruitment drives.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions (Campus recruitments)
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and placement of personnel.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • To recommend, propose & negotiate on salary, band and position; benchmarking against the existing skillsets and market standards.
  • Meeting deadlines (within SLA) without compromising quality norms in terms of talent hiring.
  • Ensure smooth on boarding for new joiners and completing their pre joining formalities.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to all stake holders.
  • Conducting regular follow – ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating creating Requisitions in CSOD by the Department manager and coordinating for resolution.
  • Studying analysing and keeping track of the hiring trends and salary benchmarking of competitive Pharma companies.
  • Preparation of various reports, dashboards and presentations.
