Title:  Executive - Packaging Development

Job Summary:   

The position is responsible for all the activities related to PTD – Packaging Development in the Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Mohali  Location.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Preparation, Review and approval of Master Packaging Card & Pack Style.
2. Preparation, Review and approval of Packaging Instruction for EB Batches.
3. Preparation, Review and approval of Packaging Process Study Protocol & Report.
4. Preparation, Review and approval of Packaging Validation protocol & Report.
5. Preparation, Review and approval of BOM, Item Code and Master Recipe in SAP
6. Initiation, Review and approval of Packaging risk assessment.
7. Change Parts development & approval.
8. Initiation, Review and approval of Change Controls.
9. Review and approval of New PM Specification & STP.
10. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like PMO, R&D, MSTG, Regulatory, Purchase, Quality and Manufacturing for smooth execution of Packaging of EB.
11. Support R&D for implementation of new technologies & Execution of New Products at manufacturing site.  
12. Support manufacturing for technical issue resolution and productivity improvement projects.
13. Support site in CAPA, Investigations & market complaints related to Packaging.
14. To provide Packaging development support for EB Batches during site transfer products.
15. Support Regulatory for registration sample generations at site for new fillings.
16. Technical support to purchase team for evaluation of alternate vendor of Packaging Material
17. To prepare TBMP as per exhibit batches plan.
