Title:  Manager - Workforce Planning

Position Summary:

The incumbent in this role will work towards driving Organisation Effectiveness through Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, HR Process Transformation and OE related Analytics.

 

Primary Responsibility:

Organization Design & Analytics

o Workforce Analysis to gauge talent demand vs supply gaps across Business Units, regions, grades by evaluating structures, unique role wise hiring, internal mobility, exit.

o Work closely with Business leaders, HRBPs across regions to review and update organization structures, maintain the repository of updated structures.

o Conduct Job Evaluation for unique roles across India, Emerging Markets region by understanding role aspects as per JE framework.

o Identification of linkages from organization design imperatives to career pathing, succession planning, emerging skill set and work along with Learning and Talent Management teams to define talent onboarding and retention strategies

o Additional strategic projects if any related to productivity analysis, manning norms et al.

 

HR Process Transformation:

o Review HR Process current maturity level and gaps identified to work towards process improvement, technology leverage.

o Work closely with HR Operations and Tech team in deploying HR process improvements, conduct sessions with HRBP on feedback loop, deployment etc.,

o Gather market insights on best practices and solutions against current gap

 

Project Management & other areas:

o Work with COEs and HRBPs to design, plan and implement global HR transformation and improvement projects

o Stakeholder management to drive key projects (HR, business, external vendor etc)

o Define career path for unique roles in Emerging Market and select departments

o Leverage OE interventions and linkages with talent management interventions; Work with HRBP and Talent management team on other strategic projects

 

Education:

Essential: Post Graduation with specialisation in Human Resource Preferred: Certifications, courses on either one or more areas ~ Organisation design, Talent Management, HR Transformation, Job Evaluation, SPHR, CPHR

 

Experience:

Full time work experience in Human Resource field driving relevant projects e.g., Talent Management, Organisation design, manpower planning, HR process improvement. Preferred consulting background. Overall experience of 4-5 years (relevant experience 2-3 yrs in above areas)
