Job Summary:

 

  1. Production planning and scheduling (Commercial, Launch & Filling – API Planning)
  2. Material planning and scheduling (Commercial, Launch & Filling – API Planning)
  3. Master data management
  4. Dispatches coordination
  5. Inventory optimization
  6. Daily report
  7. Site Transfer, AVD, Product Internalization Plans
  8. Intermediate availability from the internal plants

Key responsibilities:

 

  1. Production planning and scheduling Capacity Planning & Capacity Effective Utilization and Mapping of the budget
  2. Material planning and scheduling
  3. Campaign Planning
  4. Master data management
  5. Business Continuity – De risking Plan (OS to IH, IH to OS), AVD Plan Implementation
  6. Site Transfer- API & Intermediate
  7. Inventory optimization
  8. data management and support for the S&OP process.
  9. Daily MIS reporting (API / SFG submission Report, RM retest priority)
  10. Weekly Activity – Weekly delivery report , Dispatches, RM tracking.

 

Responsible for Team Development & people Management

Training/ capability development of team

Educational Qualification

B. Tech Chemical / MBA in Supply Chain Management

Experience

6-10 years
