Title:  Team Member - Process Engineer

1.    Support PD Lab trials for the optimization of unit operations like distillation, extractions, filtration and drying.
2.    Monitoring all aspects of the running products by analyzing process data and providing technical inputs in the perspective of overheads cost reduction.
3.    To assist PE lead for the continuous improvement by leveraging Process Intensification technologies to reduce cost, reduce waste, improve yield.
4.    To assist PE lead for the new product/site transfer product mapping and providing appropriate modifications for optimum capacity manufacturing.
5.    Monitoring the scale up/validation batches of new products/processes.
6.    Involving HAZOP, Risk assessment activities of process changes, new products/site transfer products.
7.    Responsible for utility calculation and optimized usage of utility systems.
8.    Support Problem Solving when manufacturing issues arise
