Title:  Projects - Engineering

Job Summary:

To execute all project works which are related to process equipment, utility equipment, building and facility through change control.                                                      

Job Functions:

• To check the feasibility study about the new project works.
• To Provide Information for budget preparation to reporting lead.
• Preparation of timeline for particular project.
• Raising the indent for material required for particular project as per the quotation given by the vendor through reporting head.
• Coordinating with other department like Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical and other cross functional teams if necessary.
• Providing required work permit to execute the job.
• Supporting & arranging contractor needs at the time of project execution.
• Ensuring the safety of contractor and ensure them to wear PPE.
• Executing the projects as per the requirement / time line.
• Erection and commissioning of the new equipment with necessary qualifications.
• Checking and certifying the vendor bills as per the measurement and forward to approval / payment.
• Executing equipment qualification as per the approved protocol.
• Co-ordinating with vendors for technical support in assigned project activities.
• To handle QMS related activity in system software application. (i.e. LMS, SAP etc.,)
