Title:  Process Operator

Job Summary:
•  Equipment Operation
•    Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment 
•    Adjust machine settings and parameters to ensure optimal performance.
•  Batch Production
•    Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during production.
•    Handle raw materials and intermediates according to batch records.
•  Documentation & Compliance
•    Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, logbooks, and deviation reports.
•    Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
•  Cleaning & Maintenance
•    Clean equipment and production areas as per SOPs to prevent cross-contamination.
•    Conduct routine maintenance and report equipment malfunctions.
•  Safety & Hygiene
•    Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
•    Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.
