Job Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting CSR programmes aligned with community needs, statutory CSR requirements and Sun Pharma CSR strategy. Drive stakeholder engagement, project execution, impact assessment and documentation. 

Areas Of Responsibility

1. Annual CSR Plan preparation with Gram Panchayat and stakeholders (10%) 
2. Strategize and drive CSR projects (10%) 
3. Implementation of CSR projects (25%) 
4. Field visits and project monitoring (25%) 
5. Project evaluation and impact reporting (5%) 
6. Focus on flagship programmes (10%) 
7. Organize stakeholder visits (2%) 
8. Monthly CSR reporting (3%) 
9. Documentation and case studies (5%)

Travel Estimate

20-30% Time

Job Scope

Internal Interactions (within the organization)

Plant Management, HR, Finance, Corporate CSR Team.

External Interactions (outside the organization)

NGOs, Gram Panchayat, Government Bodies, Beneficiaries.

Geographical Scope

MKM plant catchment area.

Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority)

CSR budget utilization tracking.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MSW/MBA Rural Management/Social Work.

Specific Certification

CSR or Project Management preferred.

Experience

5-10 years in CSR or community development.

Skill (Functional & Behavioural): Stakeholder management, reporting, project execution, communication, monitoring and evaluation.
