To carry out all instrumentation activities. (Instrument Calibration, temperature mapping, breakdown maintenance).

Essential Job Functions:

To maintain the measuring and testing instruments.
To prepare the instrument master list and calibration schedule for all measuring and testing instruments.
To carry out the in-house calibration and co-ordinate with external calibration for all measuring and testing instruments as per schedules.
To review and maintain the calibration certificates for all instruments with master
To follow and ensure the safety for outside calibration vendor.
To attend the instrument breakdown maintenance activities.
To coordinate for temperature mapping activity.
To involve in the equipment qualification and re – qualification activities
To co – operate with project works related to instrumentation.
Handling of GMP related system software application. (ie. LMS, SAP etc.,)
