Job Responsibilities

1

To check all bills related to contractual labour, outside services etc. 

2

 

To provide induction to contract labours.

3

To ensure checking of statutory compliance part for all contractors.

4

 

To ensure the timely wages payment to contractual labour & timely bill payments to contractors to avoid any payments related issues.

5

To ensure contractual Manpower availability in the plant as per approved budget and production plan. To check head count in any month should not exceed approved budget.

6

To face various audits like compliance, internal and external audits related to facility management.  

7

To ensure availability of various materials in stock like Uniform, housekeeping, sanitizing and disinfectant agents. To arrange pest control services in plant.

8

To ensure smooth transportation facility and good quality canteen services to all employees as per company policy and guidelines.

9

To ensure preparation of ESIC challan and payment is to be done on time as per the ESIC Act 1948.

10

To take various initiatives for beautification of plant.

11

To update all statutory compliance related to contract labour and facility data in Lex Care

12

To handle grievances and other related issue of shop floor employees.  

13

To impart and ensure trainings to be provided as per training calendar and records to be updated accordingly. 

14

Preparation of SOP’s and QMS related to facility management.  

15

To provide Opex and Capex data related to HR&Admin every year for budget preparation.
