Over all responsibilities/accountable for Engineering and Project related activities. To Confirm the PR/PO in IVALUA Maintain the expense (Power/Fuel/Water/Spares) with in the budget. Analysis of plant breakdowns and initiate corrective measures for Prevention, maintain MTTR and reliability of equipment’s To initiate Capex, Opex budget and improvement project at site. To Approved and Review QMS documentation in track wise and EDMS. Review and Effectively implementation of preventive maintenance, facility maintenance and Calibration Systems at site. People development by providing trainings and guidance. To Review and approve all SGO reports, Monthly reports, Quarterly reports, various MIS reports as and when required. Ensure Data integrity/GDP/GMP visibility at work place. To review and approve the data in KPI tracker. To act as the system owner for all the process control systems and accomplish and ensure the execution of “CSQMS” (Computer System Quality Management System). To Organized, discuss the cost saving projects, improvements, ideas generation, SOP simplification, process simplification, best practices. To ensure effective implementation of energy conservation activities. To attend audits like internal inspection, CQ Regulatory audit and other regulatory audit and ensure compliance to the observations. To review the sustainability data for Environment and Occupational Health and safety. To Fulfill Statutory, Legal and Corporate compliance with respect to Engineering. To Maintain the safe working condition in the facility as EHS compliance. To conduct laisoning activities with government bodies like JPDCL, SIDCO, Jal Shakti dept. Etc.

Experience		Tenure: 15-20 Yrs
