Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of Qualification document regarding HVAC
• Timely closure of QMS document
• To maintain the service area as per regulatory requirement
• To take active participate in HEPA Validation, instrument calibration and Temperature mapping.
• Timely revision of Protocol and Planners
• To maintain labeling system in service area as per  SOP
• To Prepare /Update & implement existing SOP, New SOP and Maintain compliance
• To check the operation and maintenance of Air Handling unit, Air Processing Unit, Dehumidifier, Dust Collector Unit  etc.
• Monitoring of power consumption and initiate energy concept at workplace
• To work in hand for implementation of new projects/ modification of system in plant and supervise civil related works
• To arrange necessary spares required before and after the preventive maintenance of machines
• To develop down line technically as well as theoretically.
