Key responsibilities:

• To perform the site microbiological testing of samples (RM, IP, FG, Stability) and report on time.
• To maintain site laboratory activities to support testing includes media management, culture management, consumable management, instrument & equipment management, cleaning & disinfection etc.
• To perform the sampling and analysis of EM, water and other utility samples.
• To perform the microbial and chemical analysis of purified water, potable water, raw water including bore well water, preparation of trends.
• To perform environmental monitoring in production, stores, and in microbiology laboratory by settle plate & air sampler, preparation of trends.
• To perform the calibration and qualification and operation of instruments like incubators, oven, autoclave, water bath, PH meter, conductivity  meter and analytical balance, laminar air flow , vivek-2, compact system and TOC.
• To perform the preparation, sterilization & decontamination of media and sterilization of glassware.
• To maintain the recording and maintenance of daily records in microbiology laboratory.
• To perform the handling, identification, preservation of microbial mother culture and its sub culturing.
• To perform the preparation of general and volumetric reagents used for water testing.
