Key responsibilities:

• To prepare the QC Master Documents like Specification and ATP [For Raw Materials, Working Standard, Finish, Stability and Packing Materials etc.] in LIMS.
• To Import/Export of LIMS documents from and to SUN locations.
• New Methods preparation and Formula preparation in LIMS as per Requirements.
• LIMS Software Verification [PQ] & Documentation.
• Preparation of Pharmacopoeial changes report based on Verification of Pharmacopoeial Methods raw data. Responsible for updation of Specification as per Pharmacopoeial changes Report.
• To initiate the change control for the revision and preparation of SOPs, Specifications, Standard Test Procedures etc. in TW software.
• To prepare and revise Quality Control SOP as per GQS & GSOP.
• Index preparation and updation of Specification.
• To prepare FP dispatch COA and regulatory submission COA.
• To provide Specification/ ATP for dossier filing and re-filing to regulatory.
• To provide Specification/ ATP to Commercial Department.
• To ensure LIMS User ID creation and deactivation of QA and QC department as per SOP.
• Responsible for initiation of change control for installation and Qualification of new received QC Instruments.
