Key responsibilities:

• Executes online Batch Packing Records, online in process as per the parameters mentioned in the BPR, logbook, documents and other formats.
• To take line clearance of area / machine as per respective SOPs.
• To maintain / fill all area / machine related documents like Sequential, area cleaning, daily cleaning log books and other formats of machine & area as per SOP.
• To verify and receiving of dispensed packing material.
• To indent / receive / handle / verification / uses & destruction of stereo as per respective SOP.
• To verify the Leak test of blister / strip as per frequency. If result not satisfactory, rectify the problems.
• To maintain, handle / storage / labelling of machine spares /change parts, if any defect / problem observed, inform to immediate supervisor.
• To maintain and Handling of material management.
• To perform in process checks as per product / batch requirement.
• Verification of weight and labelling of return packing material.
• Scanning and verification of dispensed packing material.
• Receive the tablets / capsules from quarantine & return to quarantine as per respective SOP.
• To monitor & record environment condition, pressure differential, calibration of balance and other metrological instrument of the area as per respective SOPs.
• To generate and check the overprinting proof of show box and shipper label, check the overprinting proof of printed foil as per the market requirement.
• To maintain the record of issuance and retrieval of machine change parts and Amirah cleaning.
• Handle the material movement of bulk from quarantine to area & area to quarantine and packing material from primary packing staging.
• To do online entry of data in SAP system
