Job Title:	Utility Supervisor Engineering		Business Unit:	Sun Global Operations
Job Grade			Location :	Jammu


To attend breakdown of all utility machines and Water system. To ensure the preventive maintenance as per schedule and make necessary entries in PM Module (SAP) To Prepare /Update & implement existing SOP, New SOPs and maintain compliance To ensure GDP Practices for all engineering documents in utility/water system areas. To ensure operation of Utilities at maximum efficiency by recording and checking of logbooks for any abnormalities, consumption and smooth operation. To Prepare Utility reports, SGO reports on time To check and ensure the safety interlocks of the Utility /Water system machines are working condition To Ensure and Comply optimum uses of fuel FO / Biomass, HSD, Electricity and Water To maintain labeling system in utility, water system and HVAC System area as per GMP & SOP To maintain the stock of HSD, FO, Biomass etc. Monitoring of power consumption and initiate energy concept at workplace. To maintain the utility /water system areas for internal and external audit To update and implement existing SOPs and New SOPs To prepare the layouts in AutoCAD as per requirement To plan and execute the testing of VCB, ACB, Oil filtration of transformer etc.
